Arriving at Kamloops (September 9th)

I came Kamloops with 15 students. My host mother took me drive. I took this picture then.

She explained the geography of Kamloops and the bus I will use to go to TRU for me.

Downtown Tour (September 12th)

We went to downtown with Tarun. He is an activities instructor.

I ate ice cream, walked and went to River Side Park.

I could spend great time with friends and Tarun!

Teddy Bear (September 24th)

My host mother lend me a big teddy bear. I like soft toy, so I was very happy.

I brought this penguin from Japan. I call her Penko.

I compared the size of a penguin to a teddy bear. 🐧🐻

I sleep with this teddy bear and Penko every day.

New classroom (September 29th)

Our classroom will change CAC to IB next week. We will spend time for two weeks.

The view was very beautiful. I’m looking forward to taking classes here!

Vancouver trip (September 30th to October 2nd)

I went to Vancouver. It was best memory in Canada!

In first day, I went shopping in Robson street.

There are many shops. I bought souvenirs and clothe.

There were some Japanese shops.

Japanese products were sold, but they were more expensive than Japan,

so I didn’t buy anything.

In second day, I went to Gas town. I saw steam clock. It was interesting and beautiful.

I have never seen steam clock, so I was excited.

After that, I went to Granville Island.

I bought souvenirs ( cups for my sister and her boyfriend).

I hope they will be happy.

I ate clam chowder for the first time. It was delicious.

In the afternoon, I went to Stanley Park.

I rode a bicycle, and saw beautiful view of sea and nature.

In last day, I woke up early because I had to ride Ebus at about 9 A. M.

It was rainy. I arrived at Kamloops in the afternoon.

I relaxed my house, and I went out for supper with host mother.

We talked about Vancouver trip and each other’s families.

Hang out with family of host mother’s younger brother (October 9th)

I went out with family of host mother’s younger brother

( he, his wife, his son and girlfriend, 2 Mexican international students).

My host mother didn’t go there because she had to work.

I could spend great time with them.

Rainbow🌈(October 10th)

I could see rainbow in North Shore. It was double rainbow!

I had never seen it, so I was happy and excited.

Hang out with friends (October 15th)

I went to Aberdeen with my friends. I ate sushi as a lunch in Arigato Sushi.

The taste was like Japanese sushi. It was very delicious.

After that, I went to Aberdeen Mall. I bought socks and knit hat. It was great time!🍣

Experience of cultural exchange (October 16th)

I took part in Japanese language class.

I taught Japanese learners Japanese and they taught me English.

It was very precious experience for me!

Misako’s Birth Day Party (October 17th)

Misako’s Birth Day Party was held on today because instructors and some students can’t

see her on October 19th. We celebrated her birth day and ate chocolate cake! 🍫

Volleyball Game (October 28th)

I went to TRU to watch volleyball game.

I didn’t know the role of this sport well, but I could enjoy it!

TRU lost the game. I will watch the game again on November 25th.

I’m looking forward to doing that. I have to learn the role of volleyball. 🏐

Halloween Party (October 31st)

Today is Halloween! Halloween party was held in the afternoon.

I took a lot of pictures with friends. It was very fun. 🎃

Ice Hockey Game (November 3rd)

After the classes, I went to Sandman Centre

to watch ice hockey game (Kamloops Blazers VS Red deer Rebels).

The role of this sport was difficult for me.

And a pack was very fast, so I couldn’t see it well. Blazers won the game.

Audiences were excited. I want to watch ice hockey game again! 🏒

Kelowna Day Trip (November 18th)

I went to Kelowna for TRU activity. First, I went to SUMMERHILL.

I learned about wine and tried some kinds of it.

After that, I went to downtown and ate lunch with Miyuu.

I ate Korean Chicken, Tuna Maki and ice cream.

Also, I went to the big mall, but I didn’t know the name of it. I could spend great time!!

TRU Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony (November 22nd)

I went to Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony in TRU.

I did a countdown to light a Christmas tree. 🎄

Hockey Game (November 24th)

I went to go to hockey game with friends.

Before then, I ate dinner at Peter’s Pasta. It was very delicious! 🍝

One of my friends had problem about ticket, but she could enter the venue.

Blazers won the game!! 🏒

I was happy to watch the game with friends!

Santa Parade (November 26th)

I took part in the Santa Parade in downtown.

I wore a Christmas tree costume. 🎄

It was very cold, but it was fun!

Vancouver Trip (December 1st to 3rd)

・First day

I left Kamloops at about 7:00 by airplane.

I arrived at Vancouver at about 8:00.

I had trouble in finding the shuttle bus of the hotel, but I could find it. 🚌

・Second day

The purpose of this trip was to go to the destinations where friends and

I couldn’t visit last time.

I went to Stanley Park, Olympic Cauldron, Robson Street and Gastown.

I was very tired, but I could enjoy the second day.

・Last day

I went to MuArthurGlen Designer Outlet Vancouver.

I bought the bag in MICHAEL KORS and the wallet in COACH.

They were cheap, so I was happy to be able to get them cheaply.

The airplane from Vancouver to Kamloops was delayed for 1 hour.

I arrived in Kamloops at 11 P.M.

And I came home at 12 A.M.

There was something unexpected, but I could spend great time with friends!!
